The Ramey Downstairs is one of two beautifully refurbished apartments within a traditional Norfolk flint townhouse, perfectly located in the heart of Sheringham. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, independent shops and restaurants, it is the ideal base for couples and families looking to explore the North Norfolk coast.
Sleeping up to four guests, the apartment features a spacious open plan living and dining area, two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The main bathroom includes a bath and a walk in shower, while the second bathroom has a separate shower. Both bedrooms can be arranged as either super king or twin beds, making the apartment ideal for families, friends or couples.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Complimentary tea and coffee pods are provided, and the dining table comfortably seats four guests.
The welcoming living area has a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a Smart TV with streaming services. Both bedrooms also have Smart TVs, hanging space and drawers.
Outside, guests can relax on the private patio with seating for four and a barbecue.
Complimentary WiFi, bed linen and towels are included. A highchair is available on request.
One dog is welcome. We kindly ask that dogs are kept off the beds and sofas. This is a non smoking property.
